The right’s gone wrong, there’s no way out They twist the truth, until there’s doubt Wave their arms and scream and shout The blitzkrieg rages, it’s all a game society burst into flame Everyone’s looking to avoid the blame It’s getting’ real ugly We’re being put to the test When will we break away From the great unrest The dream gets stolen while we sleep They build the cages, slaughter the sheep The hills to climb, gettin’ much too steep The power hungry grab the wheel Hold on for life, beg borrow steel Stand before them, and forget what’s real The sound of confusion The smell of excess Where are the solutions To the great unrest A wall of mirrors - A false belief The would be king - Is causing us grief Playing games - with the powers that be Building a throne - above you and me The rumble of the marchers The pounding of the chest These are the frightful sounds Of the great unrest

Strange folk, comin’to my neighborhood They really look different, they’re up to no good They got weird names and funny clothes Their hair looks gross, and they got rings in their nose If this keeps up, I’ll probably be the last People like me, we’ll fade into the past I’m gonna sign up, gonna fight the man We’re savin’ our souls, that’s the master plan CHORUS: What’s wrong with everybody? Just open your eyes and see Grab a gun and fight for liberty Climb down the rabbit hole with me Takin’ away my way of life They want my guns, my kids, my wife I’m gonna join a radical group We’re plannin’ attacks, we’re outta the loop They’re stealin’ my freedoms by the light of the moon They’re hiding little boys in a basement room Only selling pizza, that’s what they say They think they’re foolin’ us, we’ll make ‘em pay CHORUS: You know there’s a world wide conspiracy Comin’ to get you comin’ to get me They want to inject a chip under your skin Over my dead body, yeah, we’re gonna win Elvis is alive, Paul is dead Don’t believe the things people said The revolution is alive and well We’ll all end up rotting in hell

He went into the family business His daddy taught him well He made his deals, he spun the wheels He learned to buy and sell - buy and sell He built his Ivory Towers Put his name up in the sky He picked the people’s pockets As they tried to walk on by CHORUS: He’s the richest man in wasteland Living high off the corporate greed He’s got everything he ever wanted But nothing he really needs He goes to the finest parties Wears the trendiest clothes He’s got a face that the whole world sees But no one really knows - really knows He dines at the finest restaurants With his latest trophy wife He’s the envy of all that see him But is it a happy life - happy life CHORUS: He hangs with the politicians He just loves the power trip He will not stop until he’s on top And tightens up his grip - let it rip He climbed the corporate ladder There’s bodies in his wake But he never cared he’s got his share And the rest of the news is fake - it’s all fake

Crazy World 06:18
The lie becomes the truth And the truth becomes a lie Good has turned to bad And bad will get you high Politicians on the stomp make promises they won’t keep Does anyone even care anymore Talk’s become so cheap CHORUS: It’s a crazy world – take a look around It’s a crazy world - nerves are tense and wound It’s a crazy world - priorities upside down Ohh! - It’s a crazy world Madison Ave. executives have their boardroom talk Finding ways to sell their goods to create a rise in stock We’re going fracking crazy Tearing holes in Mother Earth Future generations will Wonder what it was worth CHORUS: Extremists live a lie online and plot their sins of hate And when they pull the trigger back the bullets cannot wait America’s exceptional At least that’s what they say If you don’t like it, leave Love it, you can stay
